Rao's managing partner Frankie Pellegrino and chef Nicole Grimes from Caesars Palace joined Rao's New York chef Dino Gatto to create a menu for Esquire magazine's Man at His Best event on Saturday night at the Bowery Hotel in New York. Grammy-award winning singer Mark Ronson provided the music while Esquire drinks correspondent David Wondrich curated the cocktail menu. [EaterWire]

Jamie Spears, father of pop superstar Britney Spears, dined at Meatball Spot on Saturday night. He ordered a half-tray pizza with Italian sausage and classic meatballs with classic tomato sauce.
