Yeaaah Boyyyy! Flavor Flav just won't give up on restaurants. The chronic clock wearer and Public Enemy hype man now has plans to open Flav's Chicken & Ribs on Dec. 16 in Sterling Heights, Mich., just outside of Detroit.
