How about some live, ambient ukelele music to add to your organic pizza slice? Miki Agrawal is bringing an outpost of her hit New York pizza joint to Downtown Vegas, adding a bar, patio and live music into the mix.

Agrawal's Manhattan pizza restaurant, Slice Perfect, with its copious organic and vegan options so enthused Zappo's boss Tony Hsieh, he encouraged her to set up store in the ground floor of the Ogden, where conveniently where he maintains a 23rd floor condo.

Slice will be located just off the lobby, which will have easy access to a grab and go nook. Inside, in addition to more formal seating options, a large circular booth and stool seating will be available and there are five spots to hang at a new bar. In New York, the bar menu is heavy on promoting local craft ales.

Here, Slice has 2,364 square feet to accommodate 110 guests with a bonus 24 seats on a 250-square-feet outdoor patio. In an unusual move for pizza joint, within their permit application to the Las Vegas City Council is notice of intent to provide live music four nights a week. The music is described as "ambient" rather than a main feature, but between 4 and 8 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday, the vibe will be created by "acoustic guitar or ukelele."

The original Slice Perfect, in New York's West Village, highlights local mozzarella, eclectic toppings such as "hormone-free chicken tikka masala" and gluten, lactose and wheat-free options for all pies.
