Grand Canal Shoppes Land a Taste of the Mediterranean

A new Mediterranean restaurant just opened at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian. Casanova Ristorante serves up dishes that pay homage to Venice as well as Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine from chef Daniele Dotto.

Look for dishes such as a grilled flat iron steak, eggplant roulade, chicken shish kabobs and seared shrimp paprika on the dinner menu, as well as pastas such as angel hair tomato basil, penne vodka, beef lasagna and fettuccine Casanova with mushrooms, bacon, chicken, pear tomatoes and arugula in a light cream sauce. Even a short list of pizzas make the menu.

The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner.
