Lumberjacks Restaurant, "where the big boys eat," plans to open this spring in North Las Vegas. The family-style diner features a log cabin decor on the outside with a 12-foot lumberjack manning the entrance. The menu features breakfast, lunch and dinner and the “portions are huge and very reasonably priced,” owner Scott Bailey tells the Las Vegas Sun. Prices are below $20 with “2 hand sandwiches” and most burgers under $10 and most breakfast plates priced at less than $10. Naturally, the restaurant specializes in flapjacks for the lumberer in you.
