COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS — Comme Ça has expanded its 18A bar program, named for the 18th Amendment that brought the dry years of Prohibition to America. Some of the new speakeasy-style cocktails include the White Mint with vodka, fresh mint, lemon and champagne, and the Bloody Mary with vodka and a house-blended bloody Mary mix. Another new section of the libations menu is called Comme Ça Mixologists, which features cocktails created by some of the modern brasserie’s in-house mixologists. Look for the Clover Club made with gin, fresh lemon, homemade grenadine, sugar and egg white; the Agave Americana with tequila, fresh lime, sugar, green Charteuse, honey and a red wine float; and the Vida Simples made with rum, falernum, fresh lime, orange bitters and sugar.
