Live roaches in El Triunfo Restaurant were just one of the 56 demerits the Southern Nevada Health District gave the restaurant. The restaurant was shuttered Feb. 1. China Olive was also closed for imminent health hazard when inspectors discovered the facility used unapproved paint in the food zone areas. Restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits are closed immediately. [LVRJ]
