Maybe dining can get a little healthier on the Strip. Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar, the healthy fast food concept that opened in Summerlin last December, plans to add a Strip location. It’s all part of an expansion plan by parent company The LEV Restaurant Group, which owns Lobster ME at Planet Hollywood Resort, two I Love Burgers locations at Town Square and the Shoppes at the Palazzo as well as more than 30 Jamba Juice and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf franchises in Vegas.

Zachary Conine, LEV Restaurant Group’s vice president for development, said the company is also planning a second Lobster ME location in Southern California as well as two more Coffee Bean stores and up to three more Jamba Juice locations

At Daily Kitchen, guests order at the counter within the 1,000-square-foot that features 20 seats inside and another 20 on a patio outside. The restaurant offers dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a wellness bar with blended drinks. Prices for main courses range from about $7.50 for a burger to $10.50 for a fajita platter with skirt steak, sautéed vegetables, guacamole and whole-grain flour tortillas.
