It's the moment we've all been waiting a week and a half for: it's time to narrow our pool of 36 hot chefs down to a single one in the Fourth Annual Eater Hot Chefs Competition. The two contenders who beat out the likes of Carla Pellegrino of Bacio, Shawn McClain of Sage and Rick Moonen of RM Seafood are Anthony Meidenbauer, executive chef for Block 16 Hospitality, and Olivier Dubreuil, Venetian and Palazzo executive chef.
Vote wisely, because the winner will go on to represent Las Vegas for the first time in the Eater National Hottest Chef heat that starts next week.
Be sure to tweet your vote to show off which chef you think is hottest. Let the voting begin.
