Hispanic superstar Ramon Ayala debuts his first Ramon Ayala's Cocina & Cantina in the United States at Buffalo Bill’s Resort today.

Known as the King of the Accordion, Ayala is a Mexican-American musician who has recorded more than 105 albums and received four Grammy and Latin Grammy Awards. The Hispanic musician has more than 50 years of experience as an accordionist, vocalist and songwriter and defines norteño music. Ayala will also start a residency at the resort with two concerts a year beginning Feb. 19.

The Ramon Ayala restaurant combines authentic cuisine, live music and Ramon memorabilia. The restaurant will be open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday.
