New Brunch at Postrio; Cooking Class at Border Grill

VENETIAN — Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio Bar & Grill now offers a weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Look for traditional brunch favorites with a Puck twist as well as a full menu including Postrio’s wood-oven baked pizzas, sandwiches and entrees. New brunch menu items include warm brioche doughnuts, scrambled egg pizza with shaved Yukon Gold potatoes and bacon lardons, a breakfast sandwich on toasted ciabatta bread with prosciutto and wild arugula, crisp corned beef and hash with two fried organic eggs, buttermilk pancakes with candied pecans and maple butter, an omelet with wild mushrooms and Gruyere cheese, grilled prime flat iron steak with two eggs over easy and creamed spinach and house-cured smoked salmon on a toasted bagel.
