The polls are closed, the 9,034 ballots have been counted, and Las Vegas has picked its hottest chef: Olivier Dubreuil, Venetian and Palazzo executive chef.
This hot chef beat out runner up Anthony Meidenbauer, executive chef for Block 16 Hospitality, and 34 other Vegas chefs for the title in the Fourth Annual Eater Hot Chefs Competition. He'll now go on to face the other chef hotties from San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, Miami, Austin, New Orleans, Denver, Seattle, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Houston, Atlanta, Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Chicago for the title of Hottest Chef in the Country.
We can't lose this one, Vegas. Imagine the shame of losing to Austin. Voting will start on Eater National next Tuesday.
