The first-round eliminations in Eater's Fourth Annual Hottest Chefs Competition continues. In some particularly aggressive voting, Anthony Meidenbauer, executive chef for Block 16 Hospitality, won the first heat of competition. Look for him to return in the semifinals.

Today, another exciting bout: Ben Jenkins of Michael Mina at the Bellagio faces hotties Carla Pellegrino of Bacio at the Tropicana Las Vegas and Bratalian, Mathieu Chartron of Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace and Shawn McClain of Sage at Aria at CityCenter.
