Culinary Dropout Finds a Home at the Hard Rock Hotel

Last month, we reported that Scottsdale-based Fox Restaurant concepts would open a Las Vegas outpost of their Culinary Dropout concept.

Fox’s first foray into Vegas secured a space inside the Hard Rock Hotel that is scheduled to open by Memorial Day weekend.

Their Scottsdale menu is eclectic, so expect some shellfish, beef stroganoff, pastas and a Korean-styled rib eye mixed in with more standard pub fare.

To drink they offer a healthy selection of microbrews and craft cocktails to help their claim of being “a day-drinking and late-night destination,” which is really what the Hard Rock is all about, right?  —David Morris
