The 6:30 p.m. dinner features Wasatch White ale paired with pretzel bread with horseradish and fig spread, roast chicken and caramelized onions. The next course puts together Squatters Devils Private Golden Ale with seared Northwest steelhead, bacon-braised lentils and brown spicy mustard. Next, an IPA is served with bruschetta with a foie gras mousse, cilantro and shaved hearts of palm.
