No more association with Lamborghini for Dal Toro, the exotic car showroom and Italian restaurant at the Palazzo. The company just settled a Las Vegas trademark infringement lawsuit by agreeing not to use promotional material owned by manufacturer Lamborghini. ”Lamborghini complained in its lawsuit that Dal Toro was, without authorization, promoting its business by using Lamborghini’s name, distinctive bull-in-shield design and selling unauthorized ''knockoffs'' or imitation Lamborghini apparel items and accessories. Dal Toro denied the allegations, but settlement papers filed in federal court this week show the company has now agreed to entry of a consent injunction closing the lawsuit.” [VI]
