If you buy something from an Eater link, Vox Media may earn a commission. See our ethics policy.

Gather chefs such as Matthew Hurley from Cut, Jacob Wetherington from Bouchon, Jason Neve from B&B Ristorante, Carnevino and Otto, Sean Roe from Table 10, Luciano Pellegrini from Valentino and Olivier Dubreuil, the executive chef for the Venetian and Palazzo, and you get a dinner for fit for the James Beard Foundation.

While the JBF Awards nominees will be winnowed down March 19 at Azure Luxury Pool at the Palazzo, that night the chefs from the Venetian and Palazzo will host a special Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner in honor of the 25th anniversary of the James Beard Foundation. This multi-course dinner will feature some of the Venetian and the Palazzo’s all-star culinary talent who have won more JBF Awards than any other property in Vegas, with proceeds benefiting the James Beard Foundation’s scholarship fund.

Tickets for the event are $150 for general admission and $175 for VIP tickets, which includes a champagne reception, priority seating and a take-home gift. Purchase tickets by calling the Venetian Box Office at 702-414-9000 or at venetian.com/jamesbeard.
