Binion’s Gambling Hall in Downtown Las Vegas is in the midst of a makeover that includes a new bar and restaurant. The Whiskey Licker and Velvet Margarita, a Hollywood Mexican joint, join the fray when the remodel is over. “We know, we know, Vegas doesn't need another Mexican joint but we're not complaining about a hip new place to down tequilas in downtown.
