Project Dinner Table returns this spring with James Beard award-winning chef Michel Richard at the helm for the first pop-up dinner of the season. The chef behind Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace plans to serve a six-course dinner on Saturday, April 14, at 5:30 p.m. on top of the parking garage in the first LEED-certified Class A Office building downtown — The Molasky Corporate Center.
Start the evening with a social hour, followed by dinner at the long table seating 150 at 6:30 p.m. Michel Richard, who will be at the April 14 dinner, says deciding to open the third season of Project Dinner Table was an easy decision. “I love to cook and I love meeting the people who enjoy my food. When we decided to open Central at Caesars, one of the first things I wanted to do was get into the community and get to know the locals. This is a perfect event to see those who love the restaurant and meet many new faces too.”
Tickets are $140 per person and go on sale March 3 at 3 p.m. at www.projectdinnertable.com.
