The cocktail experience got elevated when Hyde Lounge opened at the Bellagio right before the new year. In a sea of mixology experiences across Vegas, Hyde stands out with its tableside mixology where a roving cart sidles up to your table to bring the bar to you.
Order up one of Hyde’s eight Bellinis or up the ante with the Liquid Nitrogen Cable Car, a nod to the culinary technique developed by José Andrés and the classic cocktail created by Tony Abou-Ganim, who rolled out the original drink menu at the Bellagio when it opened.
Hyde barman Jose Zepeda Jr. and SBE Hotel Group vice president Oliver Wharton collaborated to pull the two techniques together in one cocktail.
