MANDALAY BAY — Trattoria del Lupo by Wolfgang Puck has introduced a new five-course, prix-fixe menu inspired by chef Eduardo Perez’s recent trips to Italy. Look for dishes such as the endive and celery salad with parmesan and garlic-anchovy vinaigrette, prosciutto and parmesan tortellini, Maine lobster ravioli with mascarpone and black truffle butter sauce, milk-braised breast of veal with parmesan polenta and roasted baby forelli pear with almond pistachio cream. PALMS PLACE — Simon Restaurant & Lounge already has its Easter brunch menu ready to roll. On April 8, the resto from Kerry Simon is serving up its spread from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with two egg hunts for children at 9 a.m. and noon. Most interesting, the restaurant that encourages you to don your pajamas while dining has a kid’s menu with dishes such as mini mac and cheese, banana Nutella sandwiches and dirt worm cakes. Go for the contemporary spin on classic mixed drinks such as the Sailor Daiquiri made with Sailor Jerry Rum, fresh pineapple and lime juices, served icy and “up.” Modern martinis include the Limóncello martini made with Hangar One Citron “Buddha’s Hand” vodka, Luxardo Limóncello and house-made lemon-thyme simple syrup.
