Vegas Uncork’d is slowly releasing programming for the May 10-13 event this year. Just announced, The Nature of a Good Party with Alain Ducasse from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at Mix at Mandalay Bay.
Sup on champagne with chef Ducasse, nosh on a five-course menu with a wine pairing and then make the dishes yourself with a signed copy of the chef’s latest cookbook Nature: Simple, Healthy, and Good. The cost? A mere $185 per person, or $37 per course.
But stick around afterward, because that’s when Ducasse, chef Hubert Keller and Mandalay Bay executive pastry chef and master chocolatier Vincent Pilon throw their late-night party at Mix. Keller promises to get on the decks while you sample cocktails and nibblet-sized desserts. Just another $90 for that.
