Mike Bergin, a sous chef at L’Espalier in Boston, is about to make his debut on ABC’s The Big Time, the new show that uses social media to find contestants looking to "achieve greatness in a specific field." Bergin's episode pits different chefs against one another for a chance to be guest chef for one night at Hubert Keller’s restaurant Fleur at Mandalay Bay, complete with his own menu and a house stacked with prominent Vegas chefs and food critics.
