With Okada at Wynn Las Vegas closed for renovations until spring, that means chef Devin Hashimoto moved over to Wazuzu at Encore Las Vegas to dish out his specials. You might recall that Jet Tila just ended his consultancy with the restaurant last week. Hashimoto became the executive chef of Okada in June 2011, moving over from Alex, where he was the chef de cuisine.

Until Okada reopens, diners can find his Japanese faves here.
