Downtown Vegas now has a new farmers’ market that kicked off on Friday. John Curtas calls it a “confluence of fresh food and fun that might prove every bit as revolutionary as anything going on at the Mob Museum or the Smith Center.” Despite a false start (it was supposed to be inside the old Regional Transportation Center), the Downtown 3rd Farmers Market could become the next hot spot to find every foodie and chef in town.
