Center Cut Steakhouse Releases Its Full Menu

Only a few weeks until the quick turnaround is completed at the new Center Cut Steakhouse at the Flamingo Las Vegas. The restaurant, in the former home of the Burger Joint, plans to open in mid-March.

Last week, the restaurant dished out some of the menu items, including a 20-ounce rib-eye and a 24-ounce porterhouse that use beef sourced from Aspen Ridge Farms in Colorado. The bar menu includes a pomegranate lemon martini, a cucumber martini and the Cut Diablo cocktail, made with tequila, orange juice, mint leaf, a splash of soda and garnished with a jalapeño stuffed with orange.
