Apparently the Tower Suite Café reverted back to Tableau on Monday. Chef Joseph Leibowitz is still in place and continues to serve up some schmancy breakfast and lunch, gratis to guests staying in the Tower Suites and to the public at cost, but gone are the tapas and afternoon tea.
Thankfully, their clutch crab club remains in place as do the rest of the breakfast, lunch and brunch dishes.
A spokesperson for Wynn said, “The original concept was quite popular among our guests and was reinstated.”
They went on to say that Leibowitz “will be placing signature touches on the menu. [Leibowitz] will be making a few changes to the menu, which he will debut in the next few weeks. New dishes will include a poached egg and potato hash Napoleon with avocado, tomato confit, lump crab meat and citrus Hollandaise at breakfast and a pan-roasted black bass with petite herb salad, charred lemon and caviar creme fraiche, at lunch.”
The room will also open for private functions in the evening.” —David Morris
