Remember back in February when the James Beard Foundation released its "long list" of restaurant and chef semifinalists? Well this Monday at 11 a.m., the JBF will announce the finalists at the Venetian and the Palazzo right here in Las Vegas. In addition, for the first time ever, there will be a livestream of the video of the announcement, and that stream will be found right on Eater National.
