FASHION SHOW — El Segundo Sol is holding a cooking fiesta from 10 a.m. to noon on March 31 with executive chef Terry Lynch. He plans to demonstrate dishes such as chips and roasted tomato-serrano salsa, Oaxacan chicken in mole negro and quesadilla with mushroom, sweet corn and hiutlacoche.
