Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace has named Rebecca Coles special events director. Coles has almost 10 years of experience in food and beverage as well as special events planning. She’s in charge of booking events and groups for the new restaurant that is the world’s first 24-hour restaurant to be helmed by a James Beard award winning chef.
Coles was previously at the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group at Bouchon at the Venetian, where she served as captain on numerous special events including weddings, receptions and group events.
