The Silverton is getting in on the food truck action. The resort is hosting the first Las Vegas Foodie Fest April 28-29. “The two-day event will be held in Silverton's sprawling parking lot and will feature more than 40 gourmet food trucks, 15 food booths, a beer garden and a tequila party tent.” [LVS]
