The Back of the House Brawl returns to Tommy Rocker’s Saturday night with chef Brian Howard from Comme Ça at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas facing off against chef Sean Griffin from Prime Steakhouse at the Bellagio during the Saturday Night Truck Stop.

The BOH Brawl brings together two chefs who receive eight ingredients and must use six in two dishes prepared in half an hour on a food truck at the event. On Saturday, Howard plans to cook on the Rusty Pickle food truck while Griffin serves off of Lola D's Kitchen. And this weekend will be the first time guests in the crowd can buy food prepared by the chefs.

Jolene Mannina, who organizes the event, will be cooking her pork tacos from her former Sloppi Jo’s Roving Eatery on Sheff’s Kitchen.

Fifty percent of the proceeds from Mannina’s pork tacos and the competing chef’s dishes will go toward a group of culinary students at Silverado High School who need to raise $7,000 for a food competition in Baltimore.

Guests who buy dishes from both Howard and Griffin get a ballot to vote on a special Crowd’s Choice Award that will be given out in addition to the trophy awarded by the judges.

The food trucks show up at Tommy Rocker’s at 8 p.m., and the BOH Brawl starts at 1 a.m. BBQ Boy, SnOw OnO shaved ice and the Foxxy Lady's Cupcakes will also be on hand.
