Chef Jet Tila, who’s opening The Charleston in Santa Monica, Calif., on Thursday, dribbled out a few more details on his GastroPIG MashUp pop-up dinner on April 30 at Public House at the Venetian.
The dinner features a four-course meal featuring snout-to-tail cuisine from chef Tila, who used to run Wazuzu at Encore Las Vegas, and chef Anthony Meidenbauer, the executive chef for Block 16 Hospitality.
Each chef plans to offer their own renditions for each course. Of course, each course will also have an alcohol pairing, whether it be beer, wine or a cocktail from Public House’s list.
