The Southern Nevada Health District struck again yesterday when it shut down Slidin’ Thru’s location at 4181 W. Pioneer Ave. after a routine inspection. The health department found the location had no potable or hot water, calling for an immediate shut down. A previous inspection on March 7 earned the location a B grade, and the restaurant did not have its grade card shown in a conspicuous location, among other demerits. [EaterWire]
