Surprises abound on OpenTable’s list of hottest restaurants. The online reservation site just released its hottest restos of 2012 nationwide. Jaleo and STK at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Lavo and SushiSamba at the Palazzo, N9NE Steakhouse at the Palms and Tao Asian Bistro at the Venetian made the list. OpenTable bases its list on nearly 5 million restaurant reviews submitted by diners for more than 12,000 restaurants nationwide. [OpenTable]
