Johnny Rockets is the latest restaurant to be shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District. The restaurant at 4480 Paradise Road racked up 48 demerits during a routine inspection March 28. Violations included spoiled food, operating outside the parameter of a health permit and improper temperatures for food. SNHD shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. [EaterWire]
