Look out, Southern California. Las Vegas-based restaurant Hot N Juicy Crawfish is getting ready to open at a new location in Fountain Valley, Calif.
Laina Vo and her husband Tim Nguyen’s chain has been featured on the Travel Channel’s Man v. Food, where Adam Richman described the crawfish as, “some of the best crustaceans in the country.” The restaurant is also in negotiations to be a part of a new reality show called Crawfish Cowboys, produced by Raymond Segura. This week, the Cooking Channel’s Unique Eats plans to film at one of its two Spring Mountain Road locations in Las Vegas.
The seafood chain’s latest 6,000-square-foot restaurant will feature a wrap-around outdoor patio. Seafood is served in a plastic bag and eaten with bare hands. The menu lets customers order crawfish, oysters, clams, king crab and lobsters with their choice of spice level and seasonings.
The restaurant has two locations in Las Vegas, along with outposts in Orlando and Washington, D.C.
