Franck Savoy Leaves Vegas for The Four Seasons New York

Interesting tidbit out of Restaurant Guy Savoy and Caesars Palace. On Tuesday, the resort held a going away party for Franck and Leigh Savoy. Franck, the son of Guy Savoy, came to Vegas to run the front of the house for his father’s restaurant. His wife Leigh is a local rep for Urbani Truffles.

The Savoys depart for New York, where Franck will become the director of food and beverage for The Four Seasons New York, which happens to be the home of New York’s version of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. In Vegas, Restaurant Guy Savoy has two Michelin stars, while L’Atelier here at the MGM Grand has one star and two in New York. Hmmm.
