A Burger Just for Earth Day to Benefit the Springs Preserve

RED ROCK RESORT — LBS Burger Joint is donating all proceeds from their ‘Urth’ Burger on Sunday, April 22, to Las Vegas’ Springs Preserve. The dish features a house made vegan patty topped with tomato, lettuce, cucumber, sprouts and avocado slices, priced at $13. Holstein’s Shakes and Buns inside the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Pink’s Hot Dogs at Planet Hollywood Resort are also in on the fun. [EaterWire]
