More Details on the ONE Group Takeover of RPM

More details on the ONE Group’s purchase RPM Nightclub and the former Nikki Beach at the Tropicana Las Vegas have emerged.

ONE Group plans to bring the Bagatelle Champagne party brunch to the renovated resort. ONE Group, which has STK here at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, says it will renovate the beach club first, to open by Memorial Day weekend, followed by the nightclub.

A press release states:

"Bagatelle, an experience touted by the New York Times as "never too early for a party," is the originator of the "party brunch" with Champagne-fueled afternoons of a European flair. In Las Vegas, the daytime Bagatelle Beach experience will be enhanced into a full dayclub, offering Mediterranean dining, daybeds for lounging and beachside activities. Come nightfall, Bagatelle Beach will offer poolside dining with access to the new full-service indoor nightclub."

Employees at RPM Nightclub were told March 24 was the last day the club would be open and they weren’t guaranteed positions at the new club.

This marks the third ownership change of the nightclub and daylife area at the Tropicana Las Vegas in the past year.
