Bachi Burger Makes the Move to the Westside

Phone: 702-255-3055
Status: Opens today

Bachi Burger opens its second Vegas location, now taking over the Westside in Village Square. The restaurant already has a location in the Southeast.

The name Bachi is an abbreviated term for the word “Hibachi,” which refers to a method of Japanese style of grilling. But the word bachi also means to treat others how you would like to be treated in return.

The restaurant features Asian-style burgers with a smattering of influence from the Hawaiian Islands and Boba teas. U.S. microbrews are chosen to match up to the burger flavors with a few imports thrown in as well.

Bachi Burger uses sustainable and environmental products. For exampled, used oil is recycled locally. Food compost is transported to pig farms in Arizona as feed.

The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to midnight daily.
