Mother's Day at The Barrymore, Tender; Cinco de Mayo

ROYAL RESORT — The Barrymore has a Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. that includes lobster eggs Benedict and traditional steak n’ eggs with an eight-ounce hangar steak with two eggs any style, roasted tomato and hash browns. MANDALAY BAY — Border Grill Las Vegas is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a three-day fiesta starting on Friday, May 4. Specials include $5 Patron Margaritas, $25 Patron Grande Cadillac Margaritas, $29 buckest of Corona and Patron and $5 Corona and Corona Light. LUXOR — K.C. Fazel, executive chef of Tender Steak & Seafood, has created a prix fixe menu priced at $49 per person for Mother’s Day, on Sunday, May 13. The three-course menu starts with a salad or Maine lobster bisque. Guest then choose a 10-ounce New Zealand beef ribeye or pan-roasted Skuna Bay salmon, followed by strawberries topped with whipped cream or crème brulee.
