Dickey's Barbecue Pit is planning to add more than 100 new locations nationwide in 2012 and already picked out a site in Las Vegas. Dickey's Barbecue Pit out of Dallas first opened in 1941 and began franchising in 1994. The chain added 66 stores alone in 2011 and already has two spots in the Vegas Valley. [EaterWire]
