Las Vegas Review-Journal gossip columnist Norm Clarke talked to Gordon Ramsay via email today and tweeted out his juiciest tidbits about Ramsay's new restaurant opening at Paris Las Vegas. Now it looks like Ramsay plans to open May 11 and shuttle back and forth between the Vegas Uncork’d Grand Tasting at the Garden of the Gods at Caesars Palace and opening night at Paris. He’ll be in the house May 11-12.
“#gordonRamsay told me by email: "Obviously being at the Paris means there will be some French inspiration."
Apparently the shouty chef plans to debut some of his menu specials from Gordon Ramsay Steak such as roasted beef Wellington, haddock with Irish potato broth and sticky toffee pudding for dessert at the Grand Tasting, according to Clarke.
