Ranch House Kitchen plans to open in May in the former Cadillac Ranch space at Town Square. The 15,000-square-foot restaurant and bar plans to retain a country Western feel, including the mechanical bull.
Already the restaurant has dished out its menu of comfort foods that include a breakfast menu served all day long and a brunch buffet on the weekends. For lunch and dinner, Ranch House plans to serve up cheddar-stuffed barbecue meatballs on a toasted focaccia roll, fried green tomato sliders, a black and blue pizza with blue cheese sauce and blackened sirloin steak and the specialty dubbed Potato Haven, potato-based treats such as barbecue potato chip nachos and a sweet potato melt.
