While Culinary Dropout doesn’t plan to open at the Hard Rock Hotel until late July or early August, already the restaurant from Fox Restaurant Concepts is teasing one of the cocktails on its upcoming menu.
Master mixologist Mat Snapp shares the After School Special with raspberry-infused Blanco Tequila, ginger agave nectar, freshly squeezed lime juice and Model Especial. That’s just one of the drinks that will be on the massive cocktail list that takes up two-thirds of the menu.
The 6,000-square-foot restaurant is going up next to the pool area with a 3,000-square-foot patio that can seat 320. The Scottsdale, Ariz., concept is known as a day-drinking and late-night destination.
