Kid's Treats into Desserts at Holstein's; Beer Festival

COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS — Executive pastry chef Rebecca Bills has made kid’s favorite snack items into desserts at Holsteins Shakes and Buns. Some of the new dishes include a Pop Tart Sundae with a homemade blueberry pop tart, roasted corn ice cream and lemon curd; a Junk Food Candy Bar made with milk chocolate caramel mousse, potato chip pretzel crust and malted milk anglaise; and nachos created with pistachio cream, strawberry salsa and sour cream sherbet.
