Center Cut Steakhouse at the Flamingo Las Vegas held its grand opening Sunday night and gave Eater Vegas a look inside. In front find a long bar with longer hours, from 4 p.m. to midnight, with a happy hour featuring two-for-one martinis.

Inside, find cozy booths decked out in black and white with a modern air. Lamps along the outside give the restaurant a homey feel. Three semi-private booths with curtains have the best views of the restaurant. Funky silver chandeliers hang overhead.

One private dining room seats 18 while a second in the wine cellar accommodates six.

The restaurant seats 172 in total and is open from 5:30 to 10: 30 p.m. nightly. So far, covers average $86 per person.
