Bouchon Bakery Opening a Storefront This Fall

Thomas Keller already has his French bistro Bouchon at the Venetian. Now comes word that the chef plans to open a Bouchon Bakery, the sixth in his empire, at the front of the resort overlooking the Strip.

The new 540-square-foot space will serve as a bakery for the restaurant as well as show off his interpretations of childhood sweets such as Nutter Butters and Ho-ho’s. The kiosk of Bouchon Bakery at the Venetian will remain. Expect a fall opening.
