Looks like pastry chef extraordinaire Megan Romano is putting the finishing touches on her own bakery, Chocolate & Spice, set to open at the end of next week. Romano is the highly touted pastry chef who left Aureole at Mandalay Bay late last year.
Already she has dished up her desserts at a James Beard Foundation dinner in New York in February.
The new bakery will feature a cafe as well as confections for which she is known. Her bakery takes the place of Bergin Bakery & Cafe.
